Products & Custom Orders

PalahCo specializes in personalized wooden signs, ornaments, and handcrafted decor.

Because many of our products are custom-made, customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and other personalization details when ordering.

We may contact you to clarify customization details before beginning production.

Design Approval

For products requiring a design preview, we may provide a digital proof for customer approval.

Once a design is approved and production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Digital previews are representations of the finished product. Minor differences may occur due to wood grain, materials, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of our products.

Handmade Products & Natural Variations

Our wooden products are crafted using natural materials. Differences in wood grain, knots, texture, and color are normal and contribute to the unique appearance of each piece.

Minor variations are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance.

Cancellations & Returns

Because our personalized products are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally final sale once production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

PalahCo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.

Product Installation & Safety

Customers are responsible for securely installing and displaying their purchased products using appropriate hardware and methods.

Wooden signs and decor are decorative items, not toys. Keep products and mounting materials out of reach of infants and young children.

Intellectual Property

All original product designs, photographs, written content, branding, and website materials belonging to PalahCo are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Customers submitting designs or images for personalization confirm they have the necessary rights to authorize their use.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PalahCo is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
