At PalahCo, each personalized product is made with care. We work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Most of our products are made to order.

Estimated processing times are displayed on individual product listings or during checkout.

Processing time refers to the time needed to create and prepare your order before shipment. It does not include carrier transit time.

Orders requiring design approval may take longer if we are waiting for customer confirmation.

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

We primarily ship through UPS, although other shipping carriers may be used when appropriate.

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination.

Please understand that carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product dimensions, package weight, destination, and available shipping methods.

Larger wooden signs may require additional packaging and shipping costs to ensure safe transportation.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

We will do our best to update your address before shipment. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us.

We will assist in reviewing tracking information and determining the appropriate next steps.
